Contact

Write to us — but check who you need first.

A fair share of the mail that arrives here should have gone to an operator, so it saves everybody time to settle that at the top of the page. Below is what we can act on, what we cannot, and the one address that reaches us.

Things we can act on

  • A detail on this site that no longer matches the operator's own site: a studio dropped, an app launched, a lobby rebuilt, an offer restructured.
  • A licensing point you think we have read wrong. Include the licence number if you have it to hand and we will check it against the Commission's register.
  • A UK-licensed operator you think deserves a place on the list. Tell us what it does that the current five do not.
  • Questions about how this site earns money that the affiliate disclosure page leaves unanswered.
  • Accessibility faults — text that will not resize, contrast that fails, a table that traps a keyboard. These get fixed ahead of everything else.

Things that have to go to the operator

We have no view into any operator's systems, no account tools and no influence over a decision one of them has made. Sending these here only adds a delay:

  • Account access, identity verification or closure.
  • A specific game round, a balance question, or a bonus that has not behaved the way you expected.
  • Formal complaints. Every UK-licensed operator has to give you a route to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, and its name will be in their terms.
  • Self-exclusion from one particular site. That is set up inside your account there — and if you want it to cover every UK-licensed site at once, the responsible gambling page explains GAMSTOP.

How to reach us

  • Reply timeUsually two working days. Corrections are opened first, because they improve the site for the next reader.
  • What to includeThe page you were reading and what you saw instead. A link or a date is enough; screenshots are welcome but never needed.
  • What we never ask forAccount details, passwords, card numbers or copies of identity documents. Nobody writing from this site has any reason to want them, so treat any message that does ask as a fake.

There is no phone line and no live chat here. This is a small editorial site, not a support desk.

We are a review site, not an operator

Jackpot Blueprint UK runs no games and takes no part in play of any kind. We hold no player accounts and process nothing on anyone's behalf. We are also not the UK Gambling Commission, GAMSTOP, GamCare or GambleAware, and we cannot act for them or pass a case to them — their own contact routes are on the responsible gambling page.
