Who is responsible

This site is published by Jackpot Blueprint UK, an independent casino comparison site operating at jackpotblueprintuk.com. For data protection purposes we are the controller for the limited information described below. Questions, requests and complaints go to hello@jackpotblueprintuk.com.

What we hold

• Your banner answerOne entry stored in your own browser recording whether you accepted or declined optional measurement. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it remotely.
• Email you send usIf you write to the address above, we hold that message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with it — longer only when a correction needs a record of where it came from.
• Hosting logsOur hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, timestamp, page requested and browser type. That exists to deliver pages and block abuse, and it is kept for a short period on their infrastructure.
• Aggregate page countsIf you accept optional measurement, we may count page views in a form that cannot identify you. No profiles are built and nothing is combined with anything else.

What we never hold

No names, addresses, dates of birth or identity documents. No payment or card details of any kind — this site handles no money and has no mechanism to. No gambling history, balances or account information from any operator; we have no access to their systems. No advertising profiles, and nothing sold, rented or shared with data brokers.

What happens when you follow an operator link

Once you click through to an operator you are on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. The link carries a tracking code so the operator can attribute the visit to us, and their affiliate system will normally set its own cookies at that point. We receive reporting from those programmes in aggregate — counts of clicks and sign-ups — and we cannot see who you are, what you played or what any of it involved. If you want to know exactly what an operator collects, their policy will say, and it is worth two minutes before you register anywhere.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Hosting logs and dealing with your email rest on legitimate interests: running a website securely and answering people who write to us. Optional measurement rests on your consent, which is why nothing runs until you give it and why you can withdraw it by clearing this site's data in your browser. Where consent is the basis, refusing it costs you nothing — every page works identically either way.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our processing it, and ask for a copy. In practice, for most readers the honest answer to a request will be that we hold nothing at all, because you have never sent us anything. Where we do hold something — usually an email thread — we will deal with the request within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, which regulates data protection in the UK. You do not need to come to us first, though it is usually quicker.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, carries no content intended for them, and we do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and it will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the substance of the change will be described here rather than absorbed quietly into the text. Material changes to what we collect will be flagged on the page for a period afterwards.
